Victory is always sweeter when you have to overcome insurmountable adversity to achieve it. Ernie Davis he first AfricanAmerican to receive the Heisman Trophy has his story being told this weekend at the movie theater. "The Express" drops Friday. I want to see quarantine too,but I think someone will have it by Sat. afternoon. The Express is that type movie theater feel good flick. Plus its always a good reminder that things were not always fair in this country and still aren't. Black folks never started at equal footing and as my pops told me when I was growing up, "you were born with two strikes against you". Only way to get anything real in this world is to work hard for it. Most of us have to work TWICE as hard.
